GO Slim Datasets

The GO Slim Datasets used in AgBase(with the exception of the TIGR Prokaryote dataset) are downloaded from the Gene Ontology website.

The TIGR dataset (BP only) was provided by TIGR (The Institute for Genomic Research - a division of the J. Craig Venter Institute).
